Five senior students at the Government Nursing College in Kottayam were arrested and suspended for ragging first-year students since November. The brutal acts included stripping, physical torture, and extortion. The juniors filed a complaint, detailing the abuses after being encouraged by their parents. The investigation is led by Gandhi Nagar SHO T Sreejith.
