The judiciary received a significant boost with the appointment of three judicial officers as Additional Judges of the Karnataka High Court. The appointments are expected to strengthen the court’s capacity and assist in the speedy disposal of pending cases.

The newly appointed Additional Judges are Rajeshwari Narayana Hegde, Kedambadi Ganesh Shanthi, and Brungesh Mahadevappa. All three officers have served in various judicial capacities and bring substantial experience from the subordinate judiciary.

Their elevation to the High Court marks an important step in reinforcing Karnataka’s judicial system and improving access to timely justice. The appointments are also expected to contribute to reducing case pendency and enhancing the overall efficiency of court proceedings.

The addition of these judges further strengthens the Karnataka High Court’s judicial strength and reflects ongoing efforts to bolster the higher judiciary with experienced judicial officers.
