Two IAS Officers get new assignments in Assam

Jadav Saikia has been appointed Secretary of the Administrative Reforms & Training, Pension & Public Grievances Department in Assam. Meanwhile, Mrs. Monita Borgohain has assumed the role of Secretary to the Government of Assam, Personnel Department.
