The Maharashtra Government has elevated two senior officers in the State Excise Department. Sunil Chavan and Vishwanath Indise have been promoted to the cadre of Additional Commissioner, State Excise, Maharashtra. Their elevation is expected to further strengthen the administration and functioning of the State Excise Department in Mumbai.
