Himanshu Kumar appointed as DIG, ITBP

Himanshu Kumar has been appointed as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) on a deputation basis for five years. He is a 2010 batch IPS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
