Vikas Singh appointed Director in Petroleum & Natural Gas Ministry

Vikas Singh has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas in Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme, for a duration of five years. Singh is a 2007 batch IRS (IT) officer, bringing significant experience to his new role in the ministry.
