36 IAS officers in UP elevated to Secretary Grade

Thirty-six IAS officers from the 2009 batch in Uttar Pradesh have been promoted to Secretary grade. The list includes Dr. Rupesh Kumar, Anuj Kumar Jha, Mala Srivastava, Suryapal Gangwar, Dr. Nitin Bansal, Vijay Kiran Anand, Bhanu Chandra Goswami, and others.
