Dr. Vikrant Pandey has been appointed as the Resident Commissioner, Gujarat Bhawan, New Delhi. This follows his promotion to the Super Time Scale and repatriation to the Gujarat cadre. He is a 2005 batch IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre.
